Former Green Beret and CIA contractor Tony Cowden is back in part two of this two-part series. Part one dove deep into his upbringing and early career. Now, we're getting into Ground Branch. Ground Branch is known for being the CIA's covert counterpart to Special Operations. Ground Branch has been active many theaters of war–Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria, though their actions are rarely covered in the media.
